How to transfer contacts from Android to iPhone

For this, you need to create a VCF file and transfer it to your iPhone. Open this VCF file and capture all your contact data. The process is straightforward, let look over it.

1. Open your Android phone and launch the Contacts app.
2. Click on the menu button (three lines) and select Import/Export > Export to storage.
3. It creates a VCF file and saves it on your phone.
4. Now, bring this VCF file on your iPhone. You can use your email sync to the iOS device. It is a fast and simple step without using any cable.
5. Open this VCF file, and your iPhone prompts you to Add all contacts.

Transferring contacts using your SIM card

Another method to transfer contacts from Android phone to iPhone is by using nano-SIM (smaller SIM) card in both devices. All the iPhones starting from iPhone 5 are using nano-SIM. This method follows offline steps without involving any Google account. To transfer contacts from Android to iPhone using the SIM card, follow the below steps:

1. Open your Android device and launch the Contacts app.
2. Click on the menu button (three lines) and find the Import/Export option and tap on it.
3. Now, click on Export to SIM card.

Samsung users visit at option Manage contacts > Import/Export contacts > Export > SIM card. Wait for a while to complete export your contacts into the SIM card. When the export of contacts gets finished, remove your SIM card from the Android smartphone and insert it into the iPhone.
